Description

FIREWALL-FRIENDLY

eWON Cozy uses one of the outgoing connections in the plant LAN (port 443 HTTPS or UDP 1194). No IT / firewall changes are required to establish communication.

 

INTEGRATED WI-FI AND MOBILE CONNECTIVITY

Wi-Fi and cellular modem allow connectivity to the Internet, avoiding the connection on the LAN of factories and companies. eWON Cozy ensures free access, high bandwidth, easy implementation (without cables) and facilitates the management of network security protocols.

 

SECURE VPN CONNECTIVITY

SSL-based VPN tunneling is used throughout the graph. The information exchanged during communication is encrypted via SSL (2048 bit key) and only authenticated users can connect to the eWON Cozy unit.

 

PLUG’N ROUTE

The “Plug’n route” function allows you to connect to any Ethernet device without the need to configure its default gateway or shut down the machine during implementation.

 

SWITCH ETHERNET WAN / LAN 4 X CONFIGURABLE

You can connect up to three devices directly to eWON Cozy to reach remote machines over the VPN. In most cases this will avoid the need to include an additional switch to the panel.

 

NAT 1:1

With eWON Cozy you can easily access the PLC, HMI cameras, etc. with an eWON even if they have been configured without compliant network settings. The 1: 1 Nat feature allows you to create additional IP addresses that map to existing ones and provides direct remote access to all devices without any complex IT setup.

 

USB CONNECTIVITY

eWON Cozy 131 offers USB connectivity for serial devices.

 

EASY SET-UP WITH SD CARD
Easy setup, backup and restore

The SD card allows you to easily configure eWON Cozy. First, you can use it to perform a firmware update or reset. You can also restore a backup or apply communication settings. Finally, you can automatically register in Talk2M thanks to the global registration key (GRK). Inserting the SD card containing the GRK will automatically link the eWON to your account!

In any case, just insert the SD card containing the appropriate file into the eWON, which will automatically process the file. Then removing the SD card from eWON Cozy will cause it to reboot.
