<h5>I robot di tipo SCARA e Omron Cobra 350</h5>
<p>Omron Cobra 350 è un robot SCARA. Il robot SCARA è un tipo di robot industriale dalla struttura piuttosto semplice, caratterizzata da 4 giunti con asse verticale. Il braccio del robot SCARA &#8211; costituito da due elementi rigidi detti link &#8211; si muove su un piano orizzontale, mentre il movimento verticale è assicurato da un terzo elemento collegato mediante accoppiamento prismatico. Un ulteriore accoppiamento rotoidale è talvolta presente per consentire una rotazione della pinza attorno al proprio asse.</p>
<p>Caratteristiche dei robot SCARA come Omron Cobra 350 sono l’elevata affidabilità, la precisione e la velocità, la manutenzione minima, la facilità d’uso e il design estremamente compatto. Il principale punto di interesse di un robot SCARA è la forza di manipolazione verticale, infatti per sollevare un pezzo il movimento avviene su un solo asse, semplificando la struttura a tutto vantaggio dell&#8217;affidabilità.</p>
<p>La sigla SCARA è un acronimo che deriva dall&#8217;inglese <em>&#8220;Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm&#8221;</em>, il cui significato è <em>&#8220;braccio robot di  montaggio a flessibilità selettiva&#8221;</em>. Si parla di flessibilità selettiva perché la pinza si può muovere leggermente &#8211; se forzata &#8211; nel piano orizzontale ma non in quello verticale.</p>

				<h5>COBOT &#8211; I ROBOT COLLABORATIVI</h5>
<p>I Cobot, nome che è una crasi di &#8220;collaborative robots&#8221; ovvero &#8220;robot collaborativi&#8221;, stanno portando una ulteriore accelerazione nella in quella che qualcuno ha definito &#8220;la quarta rivoluzione industriale&#8221;. I robot collaborativi infatti hanno caratteristiche rivoluzionarie. Si tratta di robot costruiti per lavorare fianco a fianco all&#8217;uomo e in alcuni casi apprendere da esso una serie di operazioni, programmati per svolgere un lavoro manuale pesante e ripetitivo. L&#8217;introduzione di uno o più Cobot nel ciclo produttivo di una piccola o media azienda è in grado di aumentare enormemente la produttività e fare la differenza in un mercato estremamente concorrenziale come quello di oggi. I robot collaborativi aumentano grandemente la precisione delle lavorazioni riducendo in pari misura la difettosità dei prodotti, i cobot risolvono problemi di sicurezza e possono essere impiegati in lavori usuranti permettendo di redistribuire al meglio le risorse umane cui affidare compiti di controllo, funzioni con più elevato valore aggiunto o nuovi servizi innovativi. La possibilità di liberare personale da compiti a basso valore aggiunto &#8211; pure necessari &#8211; per creare nuovi servizi è l&#8217;attività alla base dell&#8217;innovazione tecnologica ed è anche questo un fattore che aumenta la produttività e l&#8217;efficienza di un&#8217;azienda.</p>

<p>I robot collaborativi sono progettati per lavorare fianco a fianco all&#8217;uomo, senza che sia necessario inserirli in costose celle di sicurezza. Naturalmente la loro velocità è inferiore a quella dei robot industriali: lavorano a velocità &#8220;umane&#8221; ma con precisione e continuità da robot, 24 ore su 24. Ecco perché i cobot sono molto utili per svolgere mansioni ripetitive in impianti già esistenti dei quali aumentano di molto la produttività, non per niente l&#8217;introduzione dei robot collaborativi abbattendo i costi di produzione ha contribuito fortemente a ridurre il fenomeno della delocalizzazione della produzione (reshoring), ad esempio negli USA.<br />
I cobot possono essere facilmente spostati e riprogrammati. Per questo motivo i robot collaborativi sono in grado di dare una risposta all&#8217;esigenza di alta variabilità richiesta dal mercato combinata ad alta variabilità del prodotto.</p>

<p>I robot collaborativi sono efficienti anche dal punto di vista dei costi. Il costo di un cobot si recupera in meno di un anno, in media in soli 200 giorni. I robot collaborativi sono facili da installare, da gestire e anche da programmare: in molti casi il software &#8220;user-friendly&#8221; permette di programmare o riprogrammare un cobot senza bisogno dell&#8217;intervento di tecnici specializzati.</p>

<p>La serie Adept Viper di Omron è costituita da robot articolati a sei assi che offrono la versatilità di un&#8217;ampia area di lavoro con la praticità di un&#8217;architettura snella e compatta. Omron Viper è un robot articolato ad alte prestazioni ideale per il montaggio, la movimentazione dei materiali, l&#8217;imballaggio, l&#8217;asservimento delle macchine e molte altre operazioni che richiedono velocità e precisione in un raggio di 650mm o 850mm.</p>

<h5>Robot antropomorfo e braccio robotizzato &#8211; generalità</h5>
<p>Il robot antropomorfo imita alcuni movimenti umani, o meglio, il robot antropomorfo imita alcune caratteristiche umane. In ambito industriale per robot antropomorfo si intende comunemente un braccio robotizzato con struttura cinematica aperta e sei gradi di libertà: in pratica si tratta di un braccio meccanico che imita i movimenti umani e che quindi è particolarmente efficace nello svolgere un lavoro umano. Nella robotica umanoide il robot antropomorfo imita anche altre caratteristiche umane: ad esempio l&#8217;aspetto, l&#8217;espressione, la percezione.<br />
Il primo robot antropomorfo a essere impiegato in ambito industriale viene realizzato nel 1973 dall&#8217;azienda svedese Asea: il suo nome è IRB 6 e si tratta di un braccio robotico utilizzato per la lucidatura di tubi di acciaio. Nello stesso anno la tedesca Kuka costruisce il primo braccio robotico con 6 assi elettromeccanici.</p>

<p>Il robot mobile Omron LD è un robot collaborativo. Si tratta di un veicolo intelligente e interamente autonomo che consente di migliorare le prestazioni, ridurre i tempi di sosta delle macchine, eliminare gli errori e migliorare la tracciabilità dei materiali, permettendo ai dipendenti di concentrarsi sulle attività che richiedono competenze umane complesse, aumentando quindi di molto l&#8217;efficienza dei processi. Inoltre, a differenza degli AGV tradizionali, il robot Omron LD esegue la navigazione sfruttando le funzionalità normali dell&#8217;impianto, senza richiedere onerose modifiche.</p>

<p>Le possibili applicazioni del robot mobile Omron LD sono molteplici: un robot mobile Omron LD è utilizzato ovunque vi sia da trasportare ripetutamente materiale di piccole dimensioni e peso fino a 90kg. Ad esempio: trasferimento delle scatole di cartone verso le linee di confezionamento, spostamento di vassoi di chip di circuiti integrati, trasporto di pneumatici, componenti di macchine ecc. Il robot mobile Omron LD è nato per facilitare e ottimizzare le operazioni e migliorarne l&#8217;efficienza. Il software permette di gestire fino a 100 veicoli automatici Omron LD che possono lavorare con le persone in assoluta sicurezza: queste navette, associate a bracci robotizzati, permettono di raggiungere livelli altissimi di automazione, permettendo altresì un rapidissimo recupero dell&#8217;investimento iniziale.</p>

<p>Il Cart Transporter Omron LD è stato progettato per essere montato sui carrelli in movimento e per trasportare questi ultimi da un punto di raccolta a uno di rilascio. Le applicazioni possibili comprendono il rifornimento delle scorte sul lato della linea di produzione, il trasporto di prodotti non finiti (Work in Progress) tra le fasi del processo e il trasferimento dei prodotti finiti a magazzino. Il Cart Transporter utilizza la tecnologia Natural Feature Navigation per individuare autonomamente un percorso nell&#8217;impianto, senza la necessità di apportare modifiche a quest&#8217;ultimo. Il Cart Transporter Omron LD può essere utilizzato in modo sicuro tra le porte e i corridoi esistenti, in quanto è in grado di rilevare ed evitare le persone, i carrelli elevatori e gli altri oggetti che incontra nel proprio tragitto.</p>

In caso di modifiche sostanziali all&#8217;ambiente di lavoro (ad esempio nei magazzini e nelle fabbriche in cui gli oggetti come i pallet e i carrelli cambiano spesso di posizione), la funzione Acuity rappresenta un ulteriore metodo di &#8220;localizzazione&#8221; del laser integrato. Quest&#8217;ultimo identifica le luci delle plafoniere e sovrappone la &#8220;mappa delle luci&#8221; alla &#8220;mappa del pavimento&#8221;, consentendo inoltre ai robot mobili di muoversi facilmente tra gli ampi spazi aperti dei magazzini.</p>

<h5>I robot di tipo SCARA e Omron serie X</h5>
<p>Omron serie X e Omron serie XG sono robot SCARA. Il robot SCARA è un tipo di robot industriale dalla struttura piuttosto semplice, caratterizzata da 4 giunti con asse verticale. Il braccio del robot SCARA &#8211; costituito da due elementi rigidi detti link &#8211; si muove su un piano orizzontale, mentre il movimento verticale è assicurato da un terzo elemento collegato mediante accoppiamento prismatico. Un ulteriore accoppiamento rotoidale è talvolta presente per consentire una rotazione della pinza attorno al proprio asse.</p>
<p>Caratteristiche dei robot SCARA come Omron serie X sono l’elevata affidabilità, la precisione e la velocità, la manutenzione minima, la facilità d’uso e il design estremamente compatto. Il principale punto di interesse di un robot SCARA è la forza di manipolazione verticale, infatti per sollevare un pezzo il movimento avviene su un solo asse, semplificando la struttura a tutto vantaggio dell&#8217;affidabilità.</p>
<p>La sigla SCARA è un acronimo che deriva dall&#8217;inglese <em>&#8220;Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm&#8221;</em>, il cui significato è <em>&#8220;braccio robot di  montaggio a flessibilità selettiva&#8221;</em>. Si parla di flessibilità selettiva perché la pinza si può muovere leggermente &#8211; se forzata &#8211; nel piano orizzontale ma non in quello verticale.</p>

<p>Con una velocità di 300 prelievi al minuto, Omron Quattro èil robot Delta pick &amp; place più veloce e flessibile del mondo Omron Quattro è un robot parallelo a quattro assi di elevata velocità e alta precisione ideale per l’utilizzo nei settori alimentare, delle bevande, farmaceutico e dei prodotti medicali.</p>
<p>Omron Quattro, l&#8217;unico robot delta a quattro bracci sul mercato, ha un&#8217;area di lavoro più ampia e una capacità di manipolazione impareggiabile. Inoltre, è il solo robot delta che ha ottenuto la certificazione USDA ed è realizzato con materiali sicuri per la movimentazione primaria dei prodotti alimentari. Queste caratteristiche lo rendono igienicamente superiore a tutti gli altri robot delta attualmente reperibili sul mercato. Progettato con un carico utile elevato per supportare più prese (multi-picking),  il braccio a quattro assi distribuisce in modo uniforme il carico sul robot.</p>

<h5>Caratteristiche del robot parallelo Omron Quattro</h5>

<p>La chiave delle prestazioni avanzate del robot delta Omron Quattro sta nell’esclusiva e brevettata piattaforma rotativa a quattro bracci, che offre vantaggi significativi rispetto ai tradizionali robot delta a tre bracci. Infatti il quarto braccio aumenta del 30% il raggio d’azione rispetto alle configurazioni tradizionali, ampliando così l’area operativa e consentendo l&#8217;accesso a trasportatori più larghi. Assoluta novità nel campo dell’imballaggio e dell’automazione, il braccio aggiuntivo consente anche di inclinare il carico per posizionarlo a un’angolazione diversa da quella di prelievo. La straordinaria combinazione di velocità, manipolazione, raggio d’azione e portata di 15 kg fanno del robot Delta Quattro di Omron la soluzione ideale per tutte le applicazioni generiche di automazione.</p>

<h5>I robot delta o paralleli  e Omron Quattro</h5>
<p>Omron Quattro è un robot delta. La configurazione tipica di un robot delta segue uno schema diventato classico: tre servomotori high-torque sono montati su un telaio rigido. Su ciascun albero motore, un braccio è montato perpendicolarmente all&#8217;asse di rotazione dell&#8217;albero. Alcuni robot usano la trasmissione diretta, in cui il braccio è montato direttamente sull&#8217;albero, e alcuni usano un riduttore. Questi bracci &#8220;bicipite&#8221; sono collegati a aste leggere disposte in parallelogrammi per limitare il movimento di torsione. Questi bracci &#8220;avambraccio&#8221; sono collegati a una piattaforma centrale. Le giunture alle due estremità di ciascuna asta parallela si muovono liberamente, tipicamente in giunti sferici. Sulla piattaforma inferiore è possibile collegare l&#8217;effettore finale e diverse altre opzioni, inclusi i motori per ulteriori assi di libertà. La maggior parte dei robot delta ha almeno un quarto asse che consente la rotazione degli oggetti.</p>

<p>Il vantaggio principale dei robot delta è che i motori pesanti sono fissati sul telaio, consentendo alle parti mobili del robot di essere molto leggere. Al contrario, ogni motore di un robot a braccio articolato porta il peso di tutti i motori successivi. A causa della progettazione basata su leva, i motori devono fornire una coppia elevata per contrastare l&#8217;aumento della leva applicata dal carico utile sull&#8217;albero. Ciò determina il basso carico utile della maggior parte dei robot delta, necessario per massimizzare la velocità.</p>
<p>Mentre la maggior parte dei robot delta ha tre bracci e quattro assi di libertà, ci sono altre configurazioni disponibili. Omron Quattro che utilizza 4 motori con 4 collegamenti paralleli invece dei classici 3 collegamenti paralleli: questo design consente al robot di trasportare un carico utile maggiore o di eseguire un ciclo più veloce, anche il doppio più veloce rispetto ad un robot delta &#8220;tradizionale&#8221;.</p>

<p>Omron Hornet 565 è un robot parallelo ideale per l&#8217;utilizzo nei settori alimentare, delle bevande, farmaceutico e dei prodotti medicali. Progettato con un carico utile elevato per supportare più prese (multi-picking), è in grado di seguire un nastro trasportatore fino alla velocità di 1,4 m/s. L&#8217;amplificatore e il controllore integrati nel robot riducono il numero di cavi necessari.</p>

<h5>I robot delta o paralleli  e Omron Hornet 565</h5>
<p>Omron Hornet 565 è un robot delta. La configurazione tipica di un robot delta segue uno schema diventato classico: tre servomotori high-torque sono montati su un telaio rigido. Su ciascun albero motore, un braccio è montato perpendicolarmente all&#8217;asse di rotazione dell&#8217;albero. Alcuni robot usano la trasmissione diretta, in cui il braccio è montato direttamente sull&#8217;albero, e alcuni usano un riduttore. Questi bracci &#8220;bicipite&#8221; sono collegati a aste leggere disposte in parallelogrammi per limitare il movimento di torsione. Questi bracci &#8220;avambraccio&#8221; sono collegati a una piattaforma centrale. Le giunture alle due estremità di ciascuna asta parallela si muovono liberamente, tipicamente in giunti sferici. Sulla piattaforma inferiore è possibile collegare l&#8217;effettore finale e diverse altre opzioni, inclusi i motori per ulteriori assi di libertà. La maggior parte dei robot delta ha almeno un quarto asse che consente la rotazione degli oggetti.</p>

<p>Il vantaggio principale dei robot delta è che i motori pesanti sono fissati sul telaio, consentendo alle parti mobili del robot di essere molto leggere. Al contrario, ogni motore di un robot a braccio articolato porta il peso di tutti i motori successivi. A causa della progettazione basata su leva, i motori devono fornire una coppia elevata per contrastare l&#8217;aumento della leva applicata dal carico utile sull&#8217;albero. Ciò determina il basso carico utile della maggior parte dei robot delta, necessario per massimizzare la velocità.</p>
<p>Mentre la maggior parte dei robot delta ha tre bracci e quattro assi di libertà, ci sono altre configurazioni disponibili. Omron, ad esempio, offre il robot parallelo Quattro che utilizza 4 motori con 4 collegamenti paralleli invece dei classici 3 collegamenti paralleli: questo design consente al robot di trasportare un carico utile maggiore o di eseguire un ciclo più veloce, anche il doppio più veloce rispetto ad un robot delta &#8220;tradizionale&#8221;.</p>

<p>Omron eCobra è un robot SCARA. Il robot SCARA è un tipo di robot industriale dalla struttura piuttosto semplice, caratterizzata da 4 giunti con asse verticale. Il braccio del robot SCARA &#8211; costituito da due elementi rigidi detti link &#8211; si muove su un piano orizzontale, mentre il movimento verticale è assicurato da un terzo elemento collegato mediante accoppiamento prismatico. Un ulteriore accoppiamento rotoidale è talvolta presente per consentire una rotazione della pinza attorno al proprio asse.</p>
<p>Caratteristiche dei robot SCARA come Omron eCobra sono l’elevata affidabilità, la precisione e la velocità, la manutenzione minima, la facilità d’uso e il design estremamente compatto.
